About Jake Elliott
Jake Elliott is the kicker for the Philadelphia Eagles. The Cincinnati Bengals originally selected him in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. After not making the team during the preseason, he was signed by the Eagles. Elliott had an impressive first season with Philadelphia. He beat the New York Giants with a 61-yard field goal. That kick stands as the seventh-longest field goal in NFL history and garnered Elliott NFC Special Team Player of the Year honors. Prior to entering the professional ranks, he had a standout career at the University of Memphis. Elliott was one of the nation's top kickers and a four-time American Atheltic Conference first-team pick. He was named the AAC Special Teams Player of the Year in 2014 and 2015. Elliott was a finalist for the Lou Groza Award in 2015. With 445 career points, he finished ranked in the top-ten for FBS scoring. Elliott holds Memphis school records for career points and consecutive extra points made.
