About Jonathan Dwyer
Jonathan Dwyer joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2010 as a sixth round pick out of Georgia Tech University. Prior to playing for the Yellow Jackets he was an all-state performer at Kell High School in Marietta, Georgia and earned Georgia State Player of the Year honors. He also placed second in the 100-meter dash state championship. Upon arriving on the campus of Georgia Tech he earned ACC AllFreshman Team honors in 2007 and then went on to become a two-time First-Team All-ACC performer and be named both ACC Player of the Year and ACC Offensive Player of the Year in 2008. After earning All-American honors he entered the NFL Draft and joined the Steelers in 2010. Dwyer played his first three seasons in the NFL with the Steelers before joining the Arizona Cardinals in 2014. As of 2014 he has rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored three touchdowns, and continues to be a valuable asset in tough yardage situations for the Cardinals.
