About Jud Buechler
Jud Buechler has had a lengthy playing and coaching career in the NBA, but he is best known as a key role player on the late-1990's Chicago Bulls team. Buechler was part of Chicago's second three-peat of NBA championships with Michael Jordan. He provided clutch shooting for Chicago in the middle of his career for four seasons. Buechler was originally signed by the New Jersey Nets in 1990 after his college career as a basketball player and volleyball All-American at the University of Arizona. Overall, Buechler played over 700 games in 12 seasons with seven different franchises prior to his 2002 retirement. As of late, he has taken up coaching, spending time as a Los Angeles Lakers assistant from 2016-18 and currently serving in that role for the New York Knicks.
