About Lito Sheppard
Lito Sheppard is a former NFL cornerback who starred primarily with the Philadelphia Eagles. A first-round pick in 2002, Sheppard played 10 seasons, earning two Pro Bowl nods (2004, 2006). Known for his ball-hawking skills, he recorded 19 interceptions, including a league-leading six in 2006. Sheppard’s speed and instincts made him a lockdown defender during the Eagles’ NFC Championship runs. He later played for the Jets, Vikings, and Raiders, retiring in 2012. Post-NFL, Sheppard founded a real estate company in Jacksonville and mentors young athletes through his Lito Sheppard Foundation, focusing on education and sports development.
