About Marc Trestman
Marc Trestman has long been regarded as one of the best offensive minds in football Trestman is currently the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens following two seasons as the head coach of the Chicago Bears. Prior to his tenure with the Bears he achieved great success in the Canadian Football League. Trestman guided the Montreal Alouettes to postseason berths in each of his five seasons and two Grey Cup championships. His run as a head coach in Canada came after over 25 years experience as an assistant coach on the college and NFL level. Under Trestman’s guidance, quarterbacks like Bernie Kosar, Jake Plummer, and Rich Gannon have put up the best numbers of their careers. He started his career as a volunteer coach in 1981 at the University of Miami. In 1983, Trestman became the quarterbacks coach and the Canes won their first national title. The Minneapolis, Minnesota native played quarterback at the University of Minnesota and Minnesota State.
