About Martin Brodeur
Martin Brodeur is a Canadian born ice hockey player who currently plays goalie for the St. Louis Blues of the NHL. Previously playing 21 seasons with the New Jersey Devils, Brodeur entered the NHL in 1990 as the 20th overall pick. While he began following in his father’s footsteps at a young age, whom earned a bronze medal for Canada in the 1956 Olymipics, Brodeur knew he was destined to play professional ice hockey. He played his first NFL game against the Boston Bruins in March of 1992 and has held his own as a goalie for over two decades since. Martin currentlyholds numerous NHL and franchise records, including all-time regular season wins (691), losses (397), shutouts (125), and games played (1,266).Currently, Brodeur is at the top of his trade and continues to pursue his career there.
