About Michael Huff
Michael Huff was an NFL safety that played the first seven seasons of his career with the Oakland Raiders. In 2010, Huff was a second-team All-Pro, collecting 94 tackles, four sacks, and three interceptions. The Raiders also went 8-8, their best record since 2002. Huff has also played for the Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos. The Raiders originally drafted him seventh overall out of Texas in 2006. In 2005, Huff was a Unanimous All-American and Jim Thorpe Award winner as the Longhorns won the BCS National Championship over USC. In the title game, he recovered a key Reggie Bush fumble and also prevented a first down conversion late in the fourth quarter. Huff was a two-time All-Big 12 pick as well and holds a Texas career record with four interceptions returned for scores. The Irving, Texas native was recruited out of Nimitz High School.
