About Mike LaFleur
Mike LaFleur is the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals. The younger brother of Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, Mike began his coaching career after playing college football at Elmhurst University. He started in lower divisions, including as offensive coordinator at Saint Joseph's and Davidson College, before entering the NFL as an offensive intern with the Cleveland Browns in 2014. He progressed through roles with the Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers and served as offensive coordinator for the New York Jets. From 2023 to 2025, he was the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams under Sean McVay, where his units excelled, ranking highly in yards and points in recent seasons. He was hired as the Cardinals' 45th head coach on February 1, 2026.
