About Nathaniel Hackett
Nathaniel Hackett is the offensive coordinator for the New York Jets. Hackett built up quite the resume on the offensive side of the ball prior to being named head coach of the Denver Broncos in 2022. He was most recently the offensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers, leading the unit to become the NFL's best-scoring offense in 2020. Hackett was previously with the Jacksonville Jaguars as the quarterbacks' coach and later as offensive coordinator. In 2017, the Jags reached the AFC Championship Game with him calling plays. Hackett's first offensive coordinator role in the league was with the Buffalo Bills in 2013. He followed Doug Marrone to pro football, previously working on his staff at Syracuse from 2010-12. Hackett had also previously been an offensive quality control coach for the Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He began coaching at his alma mater, UC Davis, in 2003 and also went to work at Stanford.
