About N.D. Kalu
N.D. Kalu had a successful career as a professional football player in the National Football League as a defensive end. He began playing football at an early age where he improved his skills every time he stepped out on to the field before he began playing competitively in high school. His next step was to play in college when he attended Rice University where he helped lead his team to success. His production on the field at the collegiate level garnered the notice of NFL teams which led to him becoming the 152nd overall pick in the 1997 NFL Draft going to the Philadelphia Eagles. He continued to play in the NFL for just over a decade before he decided to hang up his helmet for the final time in 2008. Since then he has begun working at a sports radio station as well as been an occasional analyst for Houston Texans broadcasts.
