Paul Pasqualoni

Paul Pasqualoni is the current defensive line coach for the NFL’s Chicago Bears. He has coached at numerous colleges and NFL teams, and got his start as a high school coach in 1972. Pasqualoni’s first major coaching job came in 1987 when he was an assistant at Syracuse University, and was promoted four years later to the head coaching position. The Orange would go on to have many successful seasons under Pasqualoni, including multiple bowl wins and a 107-59-1 record throughout his 15 seasons with the school. At the conclusion of the 2004 season, Pasqualoni was fired, eventually landing a job with the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins over the years until being hired by the University of Connecticut in 2011. In three seasons at UCONN, Pasqualoni would go 10-18, his worst winning percentage as a head coach, and he was subsequently let go after the 2013 season. Pasqualoni now coaches the defensive lineof the Chicago Bears, along with writing books about youth football.
