About Rashid Shaheed
Rashid Shaheed is a Pro Bowl-level wide receiver and return specialist for the Seattle Seahawks. At 6'0", 180 lbs, the speedy playmaker attended Mt. Carmel High School before starring at Weber State University, where he set the all-time FCS record with seven kickoff return touchdowns, earned four All-American honors, and amassed 5,478 all-purpose yards. Undrafted in 2022, Shaheed signed with the New Orleans Saints, quickly becoming a dynamic deep threat and returner, earning First-team All-Pro in 2023, two Pro Bowls (2023, 2025), and showcasing explosive playmaking ability. He contributed significantly in New Orleans before a midseason trade on November 4, 2025, that sent him to the Seattle Seahawks. In Seattle, he complemented stars like Jaxon Smith-Njigba, posted substantial all-purpose numbers, helped fuel a Super Bowl run, and earned All-Pro recognition again.
