About Ryan Leaf
Ryan Leaf is best known as the former second overall pick of the San Diego Chargers in the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Washington State, where he was named a Heisman Trophy finalist following his junior year. Leaf was also the Pac-10 Offensive Player of Year and a first-team All-American in 1997. He spent four seasons in the NFL and went on get his degree from Washington State. Leaf ran into legal and substance abuse issues following his football career. He is now sober and serves a program ambassador for Transcend Recovery Community.
