About Shaun Suisham
Shaun Suisham joined the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2005 after a standout career as a place kicker at Bowling Green University. During his time at Bowling Green he became the Falcons all-time leading scorer with 361 points and broke a school record with 45 career field goals. After earning SecondTeam All-MAC honors and earning his degree in exercise science he joined the Pittsburgh Steelers and has gone on to kick for the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, and Washington Redskins before returning to the Cowboys in 2009 and Pittsburgh Steelers in 2010. In 2010 he helped the Steelers to an AFC Championship with stellar kicking performances throughout the season. Currently Suisham is the co-record holder for the most four field goal games of kicks beyond 40 yards. Through week 10 of the 2014 season he has kicked 198 field goals for a total of 594 career points. Prior to the 2014 season he signed a four-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers that locks him up through the 2018 season.
