About Tony Michalek
Tony Michalek has made a successful career out of being a football official. Tony got his start in officiating at the college level when he worked for 5 seasons in the Big Ten conference including work in the Fiesta, Houston, and Cotton Bowls before being offered a position with the NFL in 2002 when he was selected to join the 120 member officiating staff. In his career Tony has officiated in the 2008 Super Bowl, the 2007 AFC Championship, and NFL Europe for 4 season including the 2003 World Bowl in Scotland. On top of his work in the NFL, he is the Director of Officiating for USA Football and is the IFAF Officiating Chairman. That work as Director of Officiating has kept him on the conference circuit and over the years it has provided him with a base to construct and build his message of motivation and achievement of excellence.
