About Will Klein
Will Klein is a right-handed star relief pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers. A standout at Bloomington High School North and Eastern Illinois University, he was named the Ohio Valley Conference’s top MLB prospect in 2020. Drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the fifth round (135th overall), Klein dominated High-A with a 7-1 record, 3.20 ERA, and 121 strikeouts in 36 games. He debuted in MLB with the Royals on April 28, 2024, after a solid Triple-A season. Traded to the Seattle Mariners in January 2025, he posted a 7.17 ERA in 22 appearances before being claimed off waivers by the Dodgers in June. He delivered a clutch multi-inning save in Game 3 of the 2025 World Series against Toronto.
