Alejandro Kirk is a star catcher for the Toronto Blue Jays who was originally called up to the big leagues at the end of the 2020 season. Kirk exploded during the 2022 season to become one of the key building blocks for the Blue Jays future. The franchise originally signed him out of Mexico in 2016. At the time, Kirk was discovered at a showcase put on by his hometown team, the Toros de Tijuana.
