About Anthony Munoz
One of the greatest offensive linemen in NFL history, Anthony Munoz played all 13 seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals. Munoz was an 11 time Pro Bowler, a nine time first team All-Pro, and elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1998. He was a part of the Bengals success in the 1980s, going to two Super Bowls. Munoz was originally the third overall pick in the 1980 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at USC and was also a pitcher on the Trojans baseball team. Munoz overcame knee injuries that limited him to only eight games in his junior and senior years. Munoz founded the Anthony Munoz Foundation to impact youth in the Greater Cincinnati area. During his playing career, he was awarded the Athletes in Action Bart Starr Award for leadership in 1990 and the NFL Man of the Year in 1991. Munoz has been a television analyst for ESPN and covers the Bengals for WKRC-TV and WLW Radio in Cincinnati.
