About Barry Shulman
Barry Shulman is a successful poker player and CEO of CardPlayer Magazine. Shulman first came on the scene in 1997, finishing in the money for the first time at a World Series of Poker event. He won a bracelet at the 2001 World Series of Poker and cashed in another dozen times. Shulman was also victorious at the 2009 World Series of Poker Europe. He bought the magazine he currently runs in 1999 with retirement money. Shulman worked in real estate for a quarter century. His origins in poker came from studying it during his college days. Shulman is a Seattle native who currently lives in Las Vegas.
