About Catherine Raiche
Catherine Raiche is a pioneer when it comes to women in NFL front office positions. Raiche is currently the assistant general manager for the Cleveland Browns. She became the highest-ranking woman in league history in the personnel department when the Philadelphia Eagles promoted her to vice president of player operations in 2021. The Raiche spent the previous two years as Football Operations Coordinator for the Eagles. She had her first role in football ops in the U.S. with the XFL's Tampa Bay Vipers front office in 2019. Raiche is a Montreal native who started her career in football in Canada with the CFL. She left a law career to become the Coordinator of Football Administration with the Montreal Alouettes and eventually was named Assistant General Manager. Raiche also worked with the Toronto Argonauts.
