About Chris Ferguson
Chris Ferguson began learning and playing the game of poker at the age of 10 on free virtual poker games on the computer. The game eventually turned into his profession where he excelled. As a graduate of UCLA and with a PH.D. in computer science, Fergusons approach to the game is very mathematical and he developed numerous computer programs throughout his career to help expand his understanding of the game. Ferguson began playing professional tournaments in 1994 and from 2000-2003 he won 5 World Series of Poker bracelets. Ferguson has earned 63 cashes in WSOP events worth over $4 Million and is good enough for the 3rd most cashes in WSOP history. In 2004, Ferguson was a co-creator of the online poker site Full Tilt Poker. As of 2010, his live tournament winnings have reached over $8 Million.
