Erik Seidel

In his first major poker tournament, Erik Seidel finished runner-up to Johnny Chan in the 1988 World Series of Poker main event. After making the final table the following year at the WSOP main event, Seidel won his first WSOP bracelet in 1992. Seidel won the bracelet the next two years of the WSOP and by 2007 he had won 8 total WSOP bracelets. Only 5 other players in WSOP history have more bracelets than he does. He won his first and only World Poker Tour event in 2008 at the WPT Foxwoods Poker Classic. Seidel finished in 2nd place in consecutive Aussie Millions and in 2011 he brought home $2,472,555 with a first place finish at the Super High Roller event at Aussie Millions. Seidel won the $100K Super High Roller event at the WPT Championships in 2011 and his total career live tournament winnings are over $20.8 Million.
