Keegan Palmer

Keegan Palmer represents Australia and America as a professional skateboarder who competes in park discipline competitions. At two years old he began skating at Elanora Skate Park on Australia's Gold Coast before becoming professional at age 14.

The world recognized him as a champion when he won the first-ever Olympic men's park skateboarding gold medal at Tokyo 2020 by achieving a 95.83 score in the final round at age 18. The Paris 2024 competition began with a 93.11-run from Palmer which made him the first athlete to win back-to-back Olympic gold medals in this event.

The World No. 2 ranking belongs to him as he has won multiple elite competitions including Dew Tour, Vans Park Series and X Games Tokyo and received an Order of Australia Medal. The skateboarding world respects his determination and intense training alongside his elegant style which Tony Hawk has praised.

The dual citizen of the United States and Australia divides his time between San Diego and the Gold Coast of Australia. The skateboarder receives support from major sponsors Nike SB and Primitive as well as Oakley and Bones Wheels.

He dedicates his time to mentoring young skaters throughout the world including his recent work in Sharjah UAE while he looks forward to competing at Brisbane 2032 and wants to motivate upcoming generations of skaters.
