Kyler Murray

Kyler Murray is a quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals made him the top pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. Murray starred in one season as the starting quarterback at the University of Oklahoma. He threw for 4,361 yards, 42 touchdowns while completing 69 percent of his passes. Murray also ran for over 1,000 yards and 12 scores. His strong performance helped the Sooners win the Big 12 Championship and make the College Football Playoff. The list of postseason awards Murray received was highlighted by winning the Heisman Trophy. He also won the Davey O'Brien Award and was named AP Player of the Year, Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, first-team All-American and first-team All-Big 12. Murray originally started his college career at Texas A&M in 2015 before transferring to Norman. He committed to the Aggies after a legendary career at Allen High School in Texas. Murray racked up a perfect 42-0 record as a starter and won three straight state championships. In addition to his prowess on the football field, Murray was a remarkable baseball player. He was the first player to ever be chosen for the Under Armour All-America Baseball and Football Games. Murray continued to stand out on the diamond in college and was a first round selection of the Oakland Athletics in 2018.
