About Trent Shelton
Trent Shelton used to play in the National Football League as well as in the Arena Football League as a wide receiver. Trent began his playing career in college when he attended Baylor University and helped guide the team to success. In 2007 Shelton went undrafted in the NFL Draft but was later signed by the Indianapolis Colts and later went to the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins before making the move to the AFL for a season. Trent is now known for a completely different reason than his sports contributions. Shelton is now the founder and president of a Christian-based non-profit organization known as Rehab Time. It all began with Trent making short two minute videos that tracked his progress in bettering his own life and he would always end his videos by saying, Its Rehab Time. Trent has now become a person that is truly interested in helping others improve their own lives and travels the world to help spread his message.
