About Layne Flack
Layne Flack is a professional poker player. Flack started playing poker as a child when his grandparents taught him to play pinochle. While attending college, Flack worked as a poker dealer in Deadwood, South Dakota. Flack spent his downtime going to other casinos to play poker and to practice all of the plays he saw while working. In 1993, Flack began his poker travel when he moved to Reno. Flack became friends with Huck Seed who mentored and encouraged him to move to Las Vegas. In 1997, Flack earned his first win in the Hall of Fame Poker Classic in Las Vegas. In April 1998, he was played in the World Series of Poker where he came in second. Flack then met Johnny Chan who also gave him pointer and gave him lifestyle changes that would help his game. During his career, Flack has won 6 bracelets at the WSOP.
