About Percy Harvin
Percy Harvin is a former NFL wide receiver. Harvin attended the University of Florida where he accepted an athletic scholarship to play on the Gator’s football team. As a freshman, Harvin had an immediate impact on the Gators and he was a major player during the Gator’s 2008 national championship season. Harvin was awarded SEC College Freshman of the Year even though he had a freshman year full of injuries. Harvin helped the Gators with the BCS National Championship in 2007 and 2009. The Gators also win the SEC Championship in 2006, and 2008. The Minnesota Vikings selected Harvin as the 22nd overall draft pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. Harvin caught his first touchdown pass on September 13, 2009 against the Cleveland Browns. Harvin was traded to the Seattle Seahawks on March 11, 2013. During his time with the Seahawks, Harvin helped them win their first ever Super Bowl. The Seahawks traded Harvin to the New York Jets on October 17, 2014.
